Upper School Games Teacher, german teacher and aftercare

Simone Rogers-Flottmann has a diploma in curative education and worked for more than 20 years in Cologne and Berlin, Germany in residential programs for youth and young adults. She joined WSPB as an aftercare teacher in 2023 and soon after began assisting in the then fourth-grade classroom.

Simone enjoys working with young people to help them form healthy and intentional work habits and supporting them to create strong social skills.

In her German classes, she hopes to instill interest in intercultural communication, confidence, and a love of foreign language learning. As the fifth-grade games teacher, Simone aims to promote fairness, fitness, and well-structured fun while instilling age-appropriate leadership skills.

Simone has two children at the lower grades campus and loves hiking, biking, and spending time in nature with her family.
