THIRD GRADE
Third grade Distance Learning has begun with the practice of spelling words, 20 minutes of Math Practice (subtraction, multiplication, addition, division), making their Times Tables set, and game practice for 20m. The children took three books from school and had the assignment to read them and write a book report for each. And, for the weekend, read the biography of Moses.
Also, they have been working on the “Non-Screen Activities” each day; some of them are: the creation of a nature diary, write a short letter to a community hero, create a homemade board game, and many other fun activities. In addition, they have been working on their cute shelter projects, see the pictures below. The children took beeswax, crayon rolls, and handwork bags to be able to work at home. Parents have been communicating via phone, class WhatsApp group, and email.
Thank you for your continued support during this time.
Wishing you and your family health and well-being,
Ms. Wilner
